Trembel Cottage is over 300 years old and contains many of the original features. You will see the original beams, the inglenook and exposed granite walls inside our cottage. However, the cottage has been recently renovated and enhanced to meet the needs of a modern family.


The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite shower room and balcony overlooking the adjacent fields. There are two further double bedrooms, a twin with a single and full sized bunk and an additional single room.


You'll find an additional family bathroom with shower over and WC on the first floor.


The spacious living area comprises an open plan kitchen, island, dining area and family lounge, with separate snug where you can relax and watch movies or play games. There is also a well equipped utility room with useful ground floor shower room with walk-in shower and WC


Outside is off-road parking for two cars. NB Please do not park in the lane outside the property


To the rear of the property is a large garden with outdoor furniture to make the most of the fresh Cornish air whilst dining al fresco. The garden also has a trampoline and Barbeque.


NB. Please be aware that as the property is a cottage, there are low ceilings in places.
