Just a short stroll brings you to the sandy beach of Praa Sands where you can enjoy an array of water sports and drop in to the beach cafe situated right on the beach. And within easy walking distance are the village pub and popular fish and chip shop.
The apartment is set on the first floor with a lift available for easy access. The spacious open plan lounge, diner and kitchen are cosy and well equipped with a contemporary design, smart TV, modern kitchen appliances including Tassimo coffee machine and French doors leading out to the balcony to maximise the stunning sea view.
The utility room off the hallway houses the washer/dryer, freezer and microwave.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage and its own en-suite shower room with hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a twin room with wardrobe and dresser. And the family bathroom benefits from a bath with electric shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Outside you'll find dining furniture set out on the balcony to enjoy some al-fresco dining in the Summer months and off road parking for one vehicle. You can also make use of additional storage for bikes/surfboards etc. and a communal wetsuit hanger on the premises.
