Stac Polly Cottage is a modern cottage in the heart of Helston. Perfectly placed to enjoy the local amenities, whilst being a short drive from a number of stunning beaches and coves on the Lizard Peninsular, including Polpeor Cove, the UK's most southerly point.
A stroll down Meneage Road through the town of Helston will bring you to a variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes, cinema and shops. And a short 5 minute drive will bring you to Porthleven, with its historic harbour and many more eateries and unique shops.
On the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.
This leads through to a comfortable lounge with ample seating, TV and patio doors leading out to a good sized, well kept, garden with patio furniture and barbecue to enjoy some dining al fresco in the fresh Cornish air. And with plenty of space for your four legged friends to run around.
On the first floor is the main bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a twin room with 2 single beds and a modern bathroom with a bath with electric shower over, sink unit and W.C.
At the front of the property is ample parking on the driveway leading up to the entrance door.
The cottage benefits from gas central heating and free wifi for guests.
