Visit the Penrose Estate with it's own boating lake and cafe, or take a trip to the cinema or Helston Museum - all in the heart of Helston.
There are many shops to explore including a traditional bookshop, a vintage clothing store, many charity, gift shops selling hand made wares and so much more.
You'll be spoilt for choice when dining out with a fabulous array of eateries and bars.
A short drive or bus ride will take you to Porthleven, home of the UK's most Southerly working fishing port. Or venture a little further out to one of the many surrounding towns, villages or beaches, all easily accessible via public transport from Helston.
