Newly refurbished for 2026! Tregonning is a cosy, traditional, Cornish cottage perfectly placed to enjoy the amenities of the historic harbour town of Porthleven. A short stroll will bring you to the centre of Porthleven with its many restaurants, bakeries, pubs, unique shops and picturesque harbour.


Entrance is via the conservatory, looking out over the harbour and leading into the lounge with log burner, smart TV, ample seating and leads through to the kitchen with dining table, oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, coffee machine and well equipped cupboards/drawers. At the rear of the kitchen is the ground floor wc with heated towel rail and sink.


Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with a king bed, ample clothing storage and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC hand basin and heated towel rail. 


The second bedroom has twin beds, ample clothing storage and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.


At the front of the property is a small private parking space for one vehicle.


At the side of the cottage you’ll find steps up to the patio area with garden furniture and store ideal for hanging wetsuits etc.
