Located near Porthleven Football Club and Out of the Blue, Peninnis is the ideal property for a family holiday in Porthleven, this spacious property sleeps 5 comfortably in 3 bedrooms and is in easy walking distance of all Porthleven has to offer.
Entering via the large, well equipped kitchen with a range style 5 ring induction hob and double oven, and breakfast bar with stools. To the left is the utility room with a washer/dryer and access from the outside, making it perfect for storing bodyboards, wetsuits and buckets and spades.
Off the kitchen is the ample sized lounge with two comfy sofas and a smart TV. Two steps lead down to the conservatory with dining table and chairs and some cosy seats to enjoy the views across the countryside. A door from the conservatory leads out to the decking area with steps down to the garden.
There is a bathroom with rainfall shower and handheld shower over bath and separate shower-room with walk in thermostatic shower.
The 3 bedrooms are a double bedroom, a zip and link bedroom which can be set up as a king or two singles for your arrival and a single bedroom with trundle bed underneath. Please request use of the trundle bed if required when booking, when the trundle is in use this room is only suitable for children.
