Arrowvean Cottage is a cosy, traditional, Cornish cottage perfectly placed to enjoy the amenities of the historic harbour town of Porthleven. A short stroll will bring you to the centre of Porthleven with its many restaurants, bakeries, pubs, unique shops and picturesque harbour

The cottage is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor you’ll find the dining room with dining table for 4 guests, the lounge with open fireplace and comfortable seating. There is a step down from the dining room into the kitchen - newly fitted in Autumn 2024, well equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer  and dishwasher.  Outside you will find the utility room with WC and washing machine. 

Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with comfortable king size bed, the twin room with 2 single beds and the bathroom leading off the twin room, with bath & electric shower over, sink unit and WC.

At the front of the property is a driveway leading to the entrance door providing parking for 1 vehicle. The driveway is narrow and if you find it unsuitable for your vehicle you could park across the front of the driveway right outside the cottage. 

At the rear of the cottage you’ll be able to enjoy the enclosed patio garden set on 2 levels. Here you’ll find plenty of seating to enjoy some al fresco dining. There’s plenty of room for your pets to stretch their legs, but please note that the garden may not be completely secure for dogs.
