Laloma is a charming thatched cottage with spectacular views over the Helford River. The cottage dates back to the 1700s and, being a listed building, has maintained some lovely traditional features such as the original beams.


The cottage has been lovingly maintained by the same family for over 30 years and has everything you need for a memorable Cornish escape.


The holiday home comfortably hosts six guests, with an L'shaped open plan lounge/dining room with multi-aspect windows and stunning views out over the Helford River. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave.


A small flight of stairs lead up to a bathroom with shower over, WC and hand basin. Further stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with a king sized bed, bedroom two with a double bed and bedroom three with two single beds. All bedrooms have ample storage and the master and twin have views over the river.


The cottage has mature gardens bursting with life, outdoor seating areas with breathtaking views and off street parking for two cars.


Please note: Smoking, candles and barbeques are strictly not permitted at any time at Laloma due the the thatched roof.
