Church Cove is a peaceful 5 minute walk and Lizard Point, Housel Bay and Kynance Cove are all within walking distance.

On the ground floor you'll find the kitchen equipped with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and washing machine.

Cosy lounge with beamed ceilings, brick fireplace with electric fire, ample seating, TV, DVD player and a selection of books and DVDS.

Dining room with beamed ceiling and attractive garden view.

And family bathroom with electric shower over the bath, handbasin, WC and heated towel rail.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with twin single beds which can be converted to a super-king on request.

Outside is a fully enclosed, dog friendly, private courtyard with bench seating. As well as off road parking for two cars.

The cottage also benefits from oil fired central heating and wifi.
